this hotel was modern and clean. the pool was very large, and i swimmed there. breakfast had many choices with fresh eggs. they provided good toiletries in my room. i got good value.
my room curtains had some stains. staff did quickly fix it, so it was ok.

the hotel is near the center and a beautiful beach. it is a short walk to restaurants and shops. i liked how close it was to everything important, convenience is appreciated.

the swimming pool is surprisingly large. it is not only for recreation, i could swim laps. i did see people swam and relaxed without any issue. it was not crowded during my stay.

Staying here proved the right decision after considering many hotels. the sunset view matched the pictures exactly. My parents thoroughly enjoyed this. the front desk and housekeeping celebrated mother's day with thoughtful room amenities.
the building exterior looked outdated. however the customer service was excellent throughout the stay.

I found the service and the food perfect. All the staff are amazing. the views of the ocean coupled with the pool are unbeatable. the executive chef should stand tall. His food is varied, of a great selection, and tasty. being an ex restaurateur myself, i can honestly say it's great.
The hotel is located on a very busy main road. Karaoke music plays loudly every other night. the beach is plagued with rubbish, mostly plastics, washing up from the sea. the hotel does not have a proper bar area where you can sit. it is disappointing.

i enjoyed the hotel's location right on the beach. the pool bar offered a convenient happy hour. our room had nice bathrobes and good smelling soaps.
Exterior of the building is outdated and worn looking. the interior of the room with king size bed with garden view is quite large and modern. the room curtains are old and have stains. they were apologetic and provided complimentary fruit plates with handwritten apology note. it was disappointing that the walkway to our room was overlooking an abandoned hotel which give an appearance of unkempt and neglected feelings walking to our room each time. mosquitoes were plenty as the abandoned building next door have ponds of standing water. excellent customer service throughout . However , the hotel needs a facelift as it is old and was dilapidated.
